Most ERP training programmes train individuals in isolation. ERPshala trains the entire implementation pod together — so by the time the batch ends, the team has already experienced the full implementation lifecycle as a functioning unit.
A functional consultant learns configuration. A developer learns scripting. They never learn how to hand off to each other, collaborate under pressure, or deliver as a team.
ERPshala trains the entire implementation pod together — so by the time the batch ends, the team has already experienced the full implementation lifecycle as a functioning unit.
Each batch trains exactly one person per role. By graduation, every member has practised the full project lifecycle from their seat — and from the seat next to them.
Process mapping, gap analysis, requirements gathering, and SOP documentation. Translates business needs into implementation specs.
Module configuration, user training, UAT management, and go-live support. The bridge between client expectation and system reality.
Customisation, scripting, report building, and integrations. Builds what the functional consultant specifies and the BA justifies.
Project management, client handling, scope control, and timeline ownership. Keeps the pod aligned and the client informed throughout.
Post go-live support, issue triage, user query resolution, and system maintenance. Ensures the client succeeds after the pod moves on.
Structured, intensive, and built around how real implementations actually work.

No. ERPshala is designed for people who are new to ERP implementation as well as those who have worked in ERP but never in a structured pod. The programme begins with foundations and builds toward real delivery experience. What matters more than prior ERP knowledge is your role — whether you're a process person (BA), a configuration person (Functional), a coder (Developer), a project manager (Lead), or a support person (Engineer).
Yes, you can attend only online sessions if you're not near one of our four offline centres. However, we strongly recommend attending offline sessions where possible — the pod model works best when team members interact in person. Offline sessions include hands-on lab time that's harder to replicate over Zoom.
We connect graduates with ERP implementation firms, ERPNext partners, and direct employer clients through our network. We have placed 4 students from Batch 1. We do not make blanket placement guarantees — we make honest referrals and help you present your pod project experience to employers effectively.
Currently ERPshala trains exclusively on ERPNext / Frappe Framework. This is a deliberate choice — ERPNext is open-source, actively maintained, growing fast in India, and allows hands-on technical depth that proprietary platforms don't permit for training environments. The skills you develop — process mapping, configuration logic, scripting patterns, project delivery — transfer directly to other ERP platforms.
