These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and Profezzo Business Services Private Limited (“Profezzo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001, India.

Profezzo is a process consulting and ERP implementation firm serving Indian MSMEs. Our services include:

The Website provides general information about our services. It does not constitute professional advice. Specific consulting advice is provided only through formal engagements governed by separate agreements.

3. Use of Website

You may use this Website for informational, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

5. Contact Forms and Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone, you consent to Profezzo contacting you regarding your enquiry. This contact may be via phone call, WhatsApp message, or email.

We will not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent. Enquiry submissions are governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. ERPshala Training Programme

Enrolment in ERPshala is subject to the following terms:

• Fees: Rs 1,500 per offline session and Rs 900 per online session, payable as per the batch schedule
• Programme structure: 3 months, 36 classes (2 online + 1 offline per week)
• Cancellation: Students may withdraw at any time. Fees paid for completed sessions are non-refundable. Fees for future sessions will not be charged.
• Placement: Profezzo provides placement assistance but does not guarantee employment. ERPshala is a training programme, not a placement agency.
• Conduct: Students are expected to attend classes regularly, complete assigned work, and maintain professional conduct during training
• Intellectual property: Training materials, frameworks, templates, and courseware provided during ERPshala are the property of Profezzo and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent

7. Consulting Engagements

Consulting services (SOP, ERP, CRM, HRMS, Custom Development) are governed by separate engagement agreements signed between Profezzo and the client. These Terms of Use apply to the Website only and do not supersede or modify any consulting engagement agreement.

The Website does not create a consulting relationship. Viewing our Website or submitting an enquiry does not establish a client-consultant relationship until a formal agreement is signed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Profezzo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Website
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Website
• The absence of viruses or other harmful components
• The suitability of any information for your specific business situation
