ESI

TDS on Salary

Professional Tax

Can you integrate with our existing biometric attendance device?

Yes. We integrate with most common biometric devices (ZKTeco, Essl, Realtime, Secureye) by importing the daily punch log in standard formats. If your device supports direct API, we configure real-time sync. If not, scheduled batch imports run every hour.

We have employees in multiple states with different PT rates. Can you handle this?

Yes. We configure state-specific Professional Tax slabs for each state where you have employees. Employees are assigned to the correct state, and the system deducts the applicable PT automatically. Monthly challans are generated per-state.

Do you migrate our existing employee data and payroll history?

Yes. We migrate employee master records, current leave balances, and historical payroll data from your existing system or Excel sheets. We run a parallel payroll cycle during the first month to validate that all statutory calculations match your existing records before full cutover.
